Hayward House
Hayward House is a big, beautiful 17th Century Jersey farmhouse situated in the rural settings of St Lawrence. Hayward House is situated on five (5) acres with parking, outbuildings, a large garden and four (4) double bedrooms. It also has a huge living spaces, a full kitchen and all the amenities - washer / dryer, dishwasher, wifi, monthly cleaner, library / office, desks, wardrobes, etc, etc.
Hayward House is located in the parish of St Lawrence and on the number seven (7) bus route.

Beachside 1 and 2, St Helier
The Beachside 1 and 2 residences provides a welcoming space for residents. The two different residences has 25 single, twin and double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms across the two properties. Communal areas include a cosy lounge, dining room and kitchen.
The residences is located just a short distance from St Helier town centre and a minute’s stroll from the beach at Havre des Pas. Within walking distance residents can find a corner shop, pharmacy and a range of restaurants.
Rooms: 10 twin and treble rooms with private bathrooms
Location: 5km walk to campus. 1.5 km walk to town, and a supermarket and cash machine are also nearby
WiFi: Throughout the residence
Daily transport: Morning transfer to school (students should expect to spend approximately 10 minutes on the bus).
Facilities: Communal areas include a kitchen, dining room, lounge, games room and an enclosed garden with picnic area
Laundry & cleaning: Bed linen & bath towels provided, as well as weekly room cleaning. A washing machine is available onsite for personal laundry for a minimal fee.

The Field House, St Ouens
Field House is ideal if you enjoy nature and would like a quiet place to study within easy reach of St. Helier.
The farm-house is located in an area of the island well known for its dramatic viewpoints and natural beauty. Les Creux, Corbiere and the bays of St Brelade, Beauport and St Ouen are all located in this area and are some of Jersey’s most memorable sites. Field House is opposite a bus stop which goes to St. Helier and on a cycle track (running from Corbiere to St. Helier) We will also offer a morning lift into town if required

Transport : Bus stop to town ( St. Helier ) is directly outside the house. We also offer morning lift into town for an extra £5.00 per week/ week days
